Standard Refund and Exchange Guidelines
1. Clear No-Refund Mandate
Due to the customized nature and instant digital deployment of our premium software architectures, WHMCS bespoke modules, custom script modifications, and the FALEXWA broadcast license, Falex Systems enforces a strict No-Refund Policy. All sales, deposits, upfront payments, setup costs, and annual renewals are final once processed.
2. Custom Engineering Allocations
When custom Web Development or Software Engineering suites are ordered, our senior engineers immediately configure development environments, design database schemas, allocate API channels, and reserve dedicated server slots. These technical actions consume immediate computational and human resources, making refunds or exchanges structurally unfeasible.
3. Evaluation & Demo Guidelines
We strongly encourage all Clients to thoroughly evaluate our products, roadmaps, VPS system metrics, and detailed feature comparison tables on the Pricing page before initiating a payment. You can contact our support desk or request active product walkthroughs via WhatsApp to verify feature specifications prior to checkout.
4. Bespoke Service Deliveries
For tailored WHMCS and Laravel refactoring, payment milestones are locked sequentially against delivery checkmarks. If a Client decides to halt a project before final deployment, Falex Systems retains all cumulative milestone payments as compensation for engineering labor expended up to that point. Work is handed over in its current state of completion.
5. SLA Support Commitments
While we maintain a strict no-refund stance on development costs, we are fully committed to client satisfaction. Our plans feature active 30-Day Developer Support or round-the-clock SLA Support contracts. If system anomalies occur post-deployment, our engineering squad will work diligently to refactor scripts and secure server instances in accordance with your package agreements.
